Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5-7 business days via standard ground shipping, depending on your location relative to our fulfillment centers. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Because many of our storage baskets are made from natural materials like seagrass, rattan, and bamboo, we use reinforced packaging to protect against compression and moisture during transit. Larger items, such as our Velvet Storage Ottoman, ship in oversized boxes and may require 1-2 additional business days for processing.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
