We want you to love your storage baskets. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, and items marked as final sale. Handwoven and natural-fiber items (such as seagrass or rattan baskets) that show signs of use, water damage, or odor absorption are not eligible for return due to hygiene and material considerations.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ihr-kauf.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.
To initiate a return, email us at info@ihr-kauf.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items lost in transit.
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item to ensure the fastest processing.
